Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, mistaken purchases, or changes in a card’s market value after purchase.

Review your order

Before placing an order, please confirm each card’s name, set, collector number, condition, finish, language, and quantity. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a listing.

Damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or does not match its description, contact cardvault@someonepickahealer.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging can help us investigate. Please keep the packaging and contact us before sending anything back.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Your rights

All sales are final, except where a return or refund is required by law.
